Jail and court information can change without notice. Bay County's official jail information page sends current-custody users to VINELink or to the Sheriff's Office at (989) 895-4050, and the county states that prior-incarceration information is not released without proper authority. Records may update on a delay, and some information may be withheld or redacted under Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., or another applicable law. Confirm custody, bond, visiting rules, money instructions, court dates, and records availability with the office that controls the record before visiting a facility, paying money, or relying on a search result.
